On November 11th 2005, a news article about Arnold Schwarzenegger’s delegation to China was written and published in the print and online versions of the English version of the Epoch Times. The Drudge Report, a popular news aggregator run by Matt Drudge, posted the article, as shown in the screenshots on this page. It was one example of my writing reaching a larger audience, and has been included on this site. The original article was titled “Special Elections Over; CA Governor Heads to China.” It is notable that the article addresses human rights as an important part of the bilateral relationship between the United States and China, as other major media declined to cover this angle, likely due to economic and political pressure. I was informed that the article was one of the most popular on the English Epoch Times at the time, with lots of traffic directed from Drudge.
